SHIPPING AND CUSTOMIZATION
For product purchases made from available stock without customization will be shipped within 3-5working days from confirmation of order.
Customized order shipping will depend on custom order requirements, availability of materials and production time usually 14-21 days from date of order confirmation. Saucy Mukosa will not be held responsible for any misinformation provided in your custom description. It is your responsibility to ensure that all sizing, quantity and finish requirements are made clear.
Orders made between 06 am and 12pm will be shipped on the same day and after 12pm they are sent out.
SHIPPING WITHIN ZAMBIA ( using EDGE EXPRESS)
Up to 5 kg: $9.95 . (Up to 5 wooden platters, 3 medium cotton throws, and 2 candle holders)
5kg - 10kg: $24.95 (Up to 20 wooden platters or 15-20 cotton throws or 3 mini stools).

GLOBAL SHIPPING (with DHL)
Up to 2kg: $14.99 to $17.99 depending on destination (Up to 6 flat wooden platters or 2 medium cotton throws or 2 medium wooden boards or 20 serving spoons).
2kg - 3kg: $24.99 to $29.99 (Up to 20 flat wooden platters or 8 medium cotton throws or 4 small and medium wooden boards or 45 serving spoons).
3kg - 4kg: $29.99 to $39.99 (Up to 35 flat wooden platters or 1 midi stool or 5 small and medium wooden boards or 60 serving spoons).
4kg - 5kg: $34.99 to $49.99 ( Up to 50 flat wooden platters or 1 midi stool or 8 small and medium wooden boards or one midi stool)
5kg - 6kg: $49.99 to $64.99 ( Up to 4 large woven mix fibre rugs or 1 stool or 10 cotton throws)
6kg - 7kg: $64.99 to $79.99 (Up to 4 Large woven mixed fibre rugs, 12 cotton throws, 80 flat platters, or 115 serving spoons ).
Customers with orders weighing over 8 kg will need to contact us for a quote.
Please Note:
* Your country will have customs entry duties, charges and/or taxes, depending on the value of the purchases. By placing an order with us you agree to pay these charges. If customs charges are due then DHL will contact you directly (see paragraph below).
* We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to receive delivery. It is your responsibility to contact the courier company directly to arrange for collection or delivery of purchased products that may not have been delivered due to your unavailability.
* Any Shipments denied will be abandoned and customers will NOT be eligible for a refund.
VAT & IMPORT DUTIES
Please note that VAT and custom duties depend on your country and remain at your charge.
From 1 July 2021, VAT payment is applicable In Europe and UK for purchases less than EUR 150 for all goods imported to the EU from non-EU country or territories. This means that your Saucy Mukosa order will be charged with the set VAT rate of your country upon arrival, as well as import duties (if any), which rate will depend on your country (usually between 12 and 24% of the order value).
